Perfect location with different business venues! It has a McDonald's drive thru, Popeyes Chicken, Sandwich Shop, Smart & Final, Starbucks drive thru, a Mexican Food restaurant, Car rentals, a Smoke Depot, a Laundromat, Discovery Pre-school, even a Go staffing agency all wrapped up in one. Also can't forget about the Crunch Fitness Center, T-Mobiles, Nail and Spa salon, a massage parlor, Haircuts, and a West Marine. There's a Big lots right across the street cross the railroad tracks.

Very nice place to shop plenty of parking alot of very good restaurants great food. I stopped at Outback stake surf n turf was super good great customer service and the ladies there are gorgeous. I will be back for dinner as soon as I am back in Oceanside CA.

Well I go there because that's where Smart and final is and they have the biggest selection of cakes and they have out of this world ready made chicken whole cooked chicken it's the best cooked chicken around hot juicy and flavor oh my God it's excellent in a pinch no time go by Smart & final get a chicken for dinner

I stopped here for a coffee on the way back from a bike ride. Easy in and out and access from the road. That is a good feature considering the traffic here is heinous. Southern California blows in my view but places like this slow a little escape from reality.

This Center has one of my favourite restaurants in it. The Cheesesteak Grill. I put this place on top of my list for best Sandwich in all of North County. Enter the Center at the Light go down to about the end and turn right you'll see the restaurant. Gotta try their food. Garlic fries, they're a must but, you'll smell of garlic, hey that's a good thing!

The smart n final here is not as stocked as the one in Encinitas. It's convient great prices on lots of things. Will go again.

I just wanted to share my blessing experience at this mall. Today, October 4th, 2025 around 5pm my nephew and I were on the 5 freeway from San Diego to Los Angeles. Unfortunately there was a ladder in the middle of freeway and it heavily damaged the bottom of my vehicle. So, I had to quickly exit to the nearest exit which was Oceanside Town and County Mall. As I was calling all the nearest bodyshops they were either closed or couldn't provide any service since it was Saturday evening. However, what could've potentially became a nightmare that evening soon became a miraculous one after meeting the security guards on duty, (hopefully I am spelling the names correctly) Joel and Amin. Without hesitation they helped me and fixed the bottom of my vehicle. They even fully explained what was the problem and I don't need to take it to bodyshops. Afterwards, I really wanted to express my gratitude but they refused to take any gifts as they were more than happy to help us out. We were so thankful and grateful for their kindness. We are really touched by this experience and will never ever forget this day. We truly thank you!

Went to one of the restaurants inside and had a wonderful dinner with my family. My wife also did a little bit of shopping in one of the retail stores. Great view all around
